I was born into a middle-class family in India, with big dreams of studying abroad and building a better life. From a young age, I aspired to pursue higher education in the UK. However, life took an unexpected turn when I lost my father to COVID-19 at the end of December 2021. His passing left our family devastated, emotionally and financially. Since my pattern of education in India required me to take the IELTS exam, she and her team helped me prepare through coaching and mock tests. Once I achieved the required score, Mrs. Sneha immediately began the application process. She consulted with me at each stage, from selecting the right university to finalizing my course. When I felt confused or uncertain, she provided clear, thoughtful guidance that always felt like advice from an elder sister.
